The Richest Man in Babylon, by George S. Clason. Written in parable form, the author has tried to simplify lessons on financial planning and personal wealth. I’ve found it to be a good way to ‘get my feet wet’ and understand how I should be thinking about managing money; however, the style is a bit cheesy and it doesn’t get into some of the details about choices I’ll have to make about investments, retirement accounts, etc.
